The hard-charging Austrailian RYAN HARDY wins the 2009 Pipeline Pro presented by Turbo Bodyboards. He surfed solid throughout the entire contest. But more than halfway through the final he got a nice long bowl out to a big roll to bring him into contention. But it was the wave after with the barrel ride to popping a sick backflip off the top to increase his score and send him to the victory. CONGRATULATIONS RYAN!
